Just want to record a couple of cute things Nathan is saying now. The first one is that he says he "smells like" whatever instead of just saying "smells." So unfortunately, he often says something like, "I smell like dog poop." And obviously that's not what he means!!
The other one happened tonight when we were on a walk to the playground. He explained that Daddy has a Rocky song that he plays, and you are supposed to "raise up your muscles" during the song. :) I later requested that he raise up his muscles for me as I climbed the Big Hill and he obliged. :)
And I just have to share that I'm thrilled to have a child who will eat salmon and steamed veggies with me for dinner, and very happily at that. Feeling very thankful!
